A deposit of 50% of the total payment is required to confirm the reservation and balance to be paid at least 15 days before arrival.

If the reservation is made within 15 days of arrival, full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

– If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we will issue a full refund (if the booking is not a non-refundable booking).
– If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Any deposit will be forfeited.
– If you cancel within 15 days of arrival, full payment will be charged.
– If your booking has a non-refundable policy, full payment will be charged.
– In case of no-show, the total cost of your stay will be charged.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Check-in after 4 pm and check-out before 10 am

Property 1 – Max Guest: 16 (Sleep up to 16 People)

Property 2 – Max Guest: 8 (Sleep up to 8 People)

No Pets allowed.

No events are allowed.

No smoking is allowed inside the property. Please ensure that all cigarettes and butts are collected and disposed of in the bins outside.

Cleaned with disinfectant.

All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 60 degrees.

High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (e.g., countertops, light switches, handles and taps)
